Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models.
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, product, marketing, finance, and HR.
- Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps with clear metrics and outcomes.
- Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct deep market, competitor, and industry research to support decision-making.
- Build dashboards and reporting structures to track initiative progress and impact.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO/leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage external stakeholders, including consultants, partners, and vendors, when required.
- Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and results-driven execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work across functions and drive alignment in complex environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
