We are seeking a
Head of Strategic Initiatives
to drive high-impact projects that shape the company’s long-term growth and transformation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models.
Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, product, marketing, finance, and HR.
Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps with clear metrics and outcomes.
Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Conduct deep market, competitor, and industry research to support decision-making.
Build dashboards and reporting structures to track initiative progress and impact.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO/leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage external stakeholders, including consultants, partners, and vendors, when required.
Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and results-driven execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities.
Ability to work across functions and drive alignment in complex environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
