YOUR ROLE: A chance to make the difference. • ALLPLAN is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our User Experience team as we are doubling down on modern, user-centric solutions. Your research will be the compass guiding our next generation of products. If you’re passionate about making a real impact, love variety, and want to help teams “deliver fast, learn fast,” we’d love to hear from you. • Lead end-to-end UX research activities for strategic projects, including product retirement and new workflow development. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to define research goals, select appropriate methods, and translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations. • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. user interviews, usability tests, surveys, analytics, workshops). • Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, from leadership to development teams. • Champion a culture of continuous discovery—identify research opportunities, proactively surface user needs, and advocate for evidence-based decision-making. • Support the integration of research into agile, MVP-first product development cycles. • Mentor and coach team members (Product & Development) in research best practices. • Monitoring trends in UX research and evaluating new methods for integration into our processes WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: • 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in Saa S, B2 B, or technical product environments. • Proven expertise in a broad range of research methods (qualitative and quantitative), including remote and in-person techniques. • Experience with common design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Axure) • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or related industries. • Background in behavioral science, HCI, psychology, or a related field. • Familiarity with analytics tools. Experience mentoring or onboarding other researchers or designers. • Experience supporting teams through product lifecycle changes (e.g., product retirement, migration, or greenfield development). • Customer Orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to inspire and support interdisciplinary teams • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a structured, proactive way of working • Track record of influencing product and design decisions through actionable insights. • Familiarity with modern cloud-based and AI-powered workflows; eagerness to learn more. • Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams. • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
