- Heuristic principles

**You will be responsible for (not limited to)**:

- Create hypotheses, set research objectives, and reach unbiased conclusions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Validate assumptions that will guide the team’s designs and process
- Discover patterns and insights through focus groups, interviews, surveys, field studies, card sorting, journey mapping, testing, and more
- E2E research
- Creating & delivering personas, empathy map, experience map, customer journey, task analysis, etc.
- Planning & executing research & strategy
- Collaborating with team members
- User flows, IA, wireframe
- Analysis of existing products & way forward
- Creating navigational concepts

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience

**Education**:

- We prefer an innovative mind over academic qualification

**What we will be excited to see in you**:

- Prototyping
- Software skills: Figma/ XD/ sketch, Invision, Zepplin
- Understand Micro-interactions & animation tool
- Good understanding of UX end to end process
