The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination towards understanding user behavior, gathering actionable feedback, and translating data into meaningful product improvements. Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to gather feedback, insights, and expectations regarding the product and its user experience. - Understand the complete end-to-end flow of the product to identify improvement areas and derive effective solutions. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, etc.) and external stakeholders for research coordination and insights sharing. - Design, conduct, and analyze user surveys, usability tests, interviews, and field studies. - Use SQL and other quantitative data tools to derive insights from product usage and user behavior. - Present research findings clearly and effectively to influence product decisions and strategy. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (Tech degree preferred). - Eligibility Criteria: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in user research, product analysis, UX research, or related roles. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience with SQL and interpreting quantitative data. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Proven expertise in user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: - A dynamic and fast-paced environment where your insights directly influence product decisions. - Opportunities to work cross-functionally and gain deep product understanding. - An open culture that values initiative, ownership, and continuous learning.
