Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gather feedback, insights, and expectations regarding the product and its user experience.
  • Understand the complete end-to-end flow of the product to identify improvement areas and derive effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, etc.) and external stakeholders for research coordination and insights sharing.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze user surveys, usability tests, interviews, and field studies.
  • Use SQL and other quantitative data tools to derive insights from product usage and user behavior.
  • Present research findings clearly and effectively to influence product decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (Tech degree preferred).
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    6 months to 1 year of work experience in user research, product analysis, UX research, or related roles.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and interpreting quantitative data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven expertise in user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
