Goodknowledge of HR processes andpractices.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.Proficiency in MS Office and HRISsoftware.Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitaskingabilities. Positiveattitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workenvironment. Degreein Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.What will acandidate be doing withus Manage endtoendrecruitment process including job posting sourcing candidatesscreening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting referencechecks. Coordinatenew hire onboarding activities including preparing offer lettersconducting orientation sessions and maintaining employeerecords. Manageemployee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies andprocedures. Handleemployee queries and concerns related to HR policies benefits andemployment terms.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events tofoster a positive workculture.
