Job Description:The candidate should have previously worked with Tier I IT services/Software organizations with a minimum total work experience of 14+ years; out of which at least 10 years should in Bid Management and Pre-sales.Demonstrable experience of working on large and complex bids as a Bid Manager or equivalent (Solution Owner, Commercial Owner, Sales Lead or Response Owner).Support win strategy development including win strategy workshop preparation and output documentationAssist/Manage Large Bids and Strategic PursuitsBusiness development experience within a complex solution environment requiring interaction with senior management / the executive board.Strong organizational, facilitation and project management skillsExperience, capability in client interfacing rolesHighly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients.Conduct market research on prospective clientsGather internal statistics and information to support the sales processDetermined and enthusiastic in bringing pursuits to a successful closureAct as an ambassador to drive increased offshore participation in the sales processWork along with Sales/Front office and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQ’s requirements for proposal content by analysing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project.Co-ordinate with the business development, solution development team to understand requirement and formulate proposal accordingly as per client requirements

Qualification & Skills· Experience- 8-10 years in role of Pre Sales & Bid Management· Qualification - Preferably MBA, BE/BTech graduate with 14 years of PSMB experience· Industry Background – Experience in IT Service and Software industry, preferably product-based Software organizations· Master in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MSWord· Good to have SharePoint management experience.· Strong verbal and Written Communication· Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, MS Dynamics; would be an added advantage· Understanding of various software engagement models and pricing models (Fixed price, TM, etc.)· Should have worked with US/ European clients
