Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: S.G. Highway
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in a variety of roles, including but not limited to nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top healthcare talent.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively identify potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and strategic objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Generate regular reports and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Deep understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and licensure requirements.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
