Position Overview:

As a Healthcare US Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals for our esteemed clients in the US market. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source qualified candidates.- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.- Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates on the status of their applications.- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.- Familiarity with US healthcare regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
