Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: S.G. Highway


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in a variety of roles, including but not limited to nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.


Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively identify potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and licensure requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and goals.
