Summary

Organise and optimise the operational planning and execution of works, based on the (internal and external) client’s needs and in line with the contract, project plan and budget, in order to contribute to efficient realisation of project activities within QHSE-S standards and within time and budget.DredgingOperationsIndiaApply now Your responsibilitiesYour profileOur offerOperational Planning - Translate overall Project Plan to a planning for the operational activities within the project, ensure the availability of the required means and adjustplanning if required.

Works Execution - Organise and ensure the overall execution of the operations, coordinate the works on site, advise on improving project execution, in line with operational planning, budget and QHSE-S standards.

Monitoring - Monitor the performance of the work, quality of the work and relevant KPI’s and take countermeasures when necessary, in line with the applicable guidelines and procedures.

Logistics - Organise the logistics within the scope of own operational area of responsibility in cooperation with Technical Department and other relevant stakeholders.

Reporting - Evaluate and report on the project phases and end results of the project, analyse non-conformities and complaints and make proposals for improvement.

Production Management and Improvement - (Co)develop, implement, optimise and/or continuously improve work processes, productions and working methodologies.

Contract Knowledge - Keep up-to-date with contract specificationsregarding quality, planning and budget, ensure necessary contract administration and signaldeviations, risks and opportunities in the contract and in project execution according to contractual agreements.

QHSE-S - Comply with QHSE-S objectives and ensure QHSE-S compliance and works execution in line with these objectives, and take corrective andpreventive measures if necessary, as well as draw proposals for improvement.

People Management - Plan, lead and develop project members, assure adequate training of personnel.

B.E., or B.
