TheZoho CRM and Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role inleveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance theeffectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in data analysis a keen eye for detail and theability to communicate insights effectively to variousstakeholders.


KeyResponsibilities

Deliver regular and adhoc data reporting and analyticsrequests.

Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to deriveactionableinsights.

Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner tostakeholders.

Develop highquality reports and dashboards with selfservicecapabilities and packagedinsights.

Write advanced SQL queries to manipulate and interpret largedatasets.

Advocate for data quality and work closely with teams to enhancedata processes andsolutions.

Collaborate with leadership to understand data requirements andprovide tailored datadrivensolutions.


Experience

Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics includingcreating complex reports anddashboards.

Extensive experience in data analysis and providing insights indynamic fastpacedorganizations.

Strong ability to manipulate and interpret largedatasets.

Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders tounderstand goals and addresschallenges.

Familiarity with various technology platforms and business systemsincluding CRM tools like Zoho CRM andSAP.

Proficient in Excel/ZohoSheets

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Application Data Science ComputerScience or a relatedfield.

Advanced degree or relevant certifications in data analytics or CRMsystems is aplus.

Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborativeteam.

Basicknowledge of SQL and experience in creating reports anddashboards.
