Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing chatbot solutions to enhance customer engagements on messaging channels. This is a full-time position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 2 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer, with 2 to 6 years of mid-level experienceExperience with chatbot frameworks and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM WatsonFamiliarity with AI and NLP technologies and their application in chatbot developmentKnowledge of messaging channels and their APIs, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and TelegramAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and solutions skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbot solutions to enable structured customer engagements on messaging channelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create chatbot functionalities that meet business objectivesImplement artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance chatbot capabilitiesIntegrate chatbots with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performanceTest and troubleshoot chatbot functionalities, identifying and resolving any issues or bugsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development and AI technologiesProvide technical guidance and support to junior developers on chatbot development best practices
