Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chatbot Developer/Designer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer/Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing chatbots that enhance customer engagement and automate business processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the digital transformation of our clients' businesses.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in chatbot development and design, preferably using low-code platforms
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Qualified experience in RestAPI Services, Java Script, HTML
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, or Telegram is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop chatbots using Twixor's low-code Digital Process Automation platform
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot solutions that meet their needs
  • Implement AI and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enable intent-driven communications
  • Create menu-driven flows for customers to choose services and seamless transfer to live agents when human intervention is required
  • Develop dynamic rich cards to enhance user experience and enable hyper-personalization
  • Test and debug chatbot functionality to ensure optimal performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in chatbot development and design
