Virtual Assistants / Chatbots Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Develop and implement new chatbots for our business units along clear functional requirements and great conversational experiences at different levels of complexity (minor to high) Extend, adjust and maintain existing solutions by continuously improving conversational flows and intents Analyzing and understanding business requirements and objectives Identifying, evaluating and recommending possible solutions & the best conversational approach Experienced with Agile/Scrum/DevSecOps project delivery methods and well-versed with delivering on Sprint basis Focusing continuous improvement of operation support Support incident production tickets of deployed/live chatbots Communicate with colleagues across the world, lead presentations, workshops and trainings

Responsibilities and Duties

Scope, estimate and deliver complete project bids for the delivery of VA solutions to our business units Understand and document business requirements in pre-sales mode by working directly with our business colleagues Identifies where IT services & applications can add measurable business benefits (e.g. time to market, quality, total cost of ownership), and propose ways to deliver optimization Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements Understand and analyse business Formulates strategies and tactics for successful projects Agile delivery Provide strategic advice on using right approach or identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommends new approaches for business automation projects Maintain effective relationship with business teams and understand their priorities and new requirements for existing business automations Create and maintain communication bridge between business teams, SMEs and teams of technical experts located globally Manage business feedback and drives continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and coach business users with automation best practices and programs scaling

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to understand customers requirements/problem statements and apply the solutions Passion to solve business problems with natural language processing (NLP) Some experience with coding (Javascript / Python..) Passion for cloud-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence Passion about great customer/conversational experience Excellent written and spoken English (copywriting experience is a plus) Ideally 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level chatbots of medium to high level complexity (experience with intelligent chatbots beyond simple FAQ is a plus) Experience with Google Dialogflow Degree in IT or relevant field; M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus Experience in development and operation support Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshoot and provide solution with Google Dialogflow
