Job Overview

We are looking for a Chatbot Developer/Conversational Chat AI to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer/Conversational Chat AI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot solutions and conversational AI technologies to enhance customer engagements. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.Strong understanding of chatbot frameworks and platforms.Experience in integrating chatbot solutions with messaging channels using APIs.Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques and libraries.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying chatbot solutions.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbot solutions and conversational AI applications to improve customer engagements.Integrate chatbot solutions with various messaging channels such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and Telegram.Implement NLP (Natural Language Processing) engines to enable intent-driven communications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of chatbot projects.Create and maintain documentation for chatbot development, including design specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot functionality, performance, and integration.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development and conversational AI technologies.
