Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot solutions to enhance customer engagements on social and messaging channels. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and platforms
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, or Node.js
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
  • Familiarity with integration of chatbots with messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define chatbot functionalities
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with existing systems and databases
  • Ensure chatbot solutions adhere to best practices in design, development, and security
  • Test and debug chatbot applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in chatbot development
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed


Notice period : 30 days or immediately first priority
