Location: Mahim, Mumbai (No Relocation)
Timings: 10-6 Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
We're seeking a proactive, results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. You'll own Meta Ads and Google Ads, working with the Performance Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, conversions, and campaign success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to hit acquisition and conversion targets.
- Support and manage Google Ads campaigns and test other paid channels.
- Work with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns match brand positioning.
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager on strategy and optimisation.
- Monitor budgets, track performance, and report results.
KPIs: Acquisition and conversion numbers.
ROI and ad spend efficiency.
Campaign performance vs. targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have) and Google Ads (must-have).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise from data.
- Experience running high-budget campaigns.
- Ownership mindset with accountability.
- Drive to grow quickly in a startup environment.
