Job Summary:

WEbRx is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pharma Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and influence in the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top pharma clients, develop cutting-edge strategies, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Develop/Research and maintain strong relationships with new pharma clients. Collaborate with them to understand their project management journey, assess the competitive landscape, identify gaps, and design comprehensive commercial project proposals.

Commercial Growth and Development: Secure ongoing business and cultivate new opportunities with clients. Continuously seek ways to drive growth and exceed client expectations. Generate new leads through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling within designated markets.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of skilled professionals to develop brand plans for new product launches and existing mega brands of clients. Create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

Market Research: Conduct thorough competitive intelligence and market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. This includes conducting interviews and gathering insights. Meeting the Clients in person is mandatory to explain about the services.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services and innovative solutions to top-level executives in leading pharma multinational corporations.

Travel and Conferences: Embrace the opportunity for national and international travel, which includes project execution and participation in conferences to represent WEbRx on a global stage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy with an MBA, BSc/MSc in Biotechnology And MBA/MMS/BMS Graduates

Experience: Fresher/A minimum of two years of prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Pharma Marketing, and Any Life sciences-related experience.

Contract: Two-year Contract Period

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within and across departments to achieve common goals.

Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights.
