Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop captivating hooks for short-form social media videos, ensuring a strong start to every piece of content.
  • Write concise, engaging scripts that maintain viewer attention, incorporating storytelling elements, humor, and relatable scenarios as appropriate.
  • Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, audience preferences, and viral content to inform and inspire scriptwriting.
  • Test and iterate on different storytelling techniques and content formats to maximize engagement and view retention.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for new content series or themes.
  • Analyze performance metrics of published content to understand what resonates with the audience and adjust content strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:


  • You must have a clear understanding of what truly makes content go viral.
  • You must be able to clearly explain what is needed to make short form content go viral.
  • You must have proven experience as a short form social media Scriptwriter, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or video projects.
  • Exceptional skill in crafting compelling hooks and engaging narratives tailored for short- form content.
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and others.
  • Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles, adapting to different target audiences and content formats.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use data insights to guide content creation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
