Your key responsibilities:
As a Content Writer - Marketing, you will be responsible for driving all subject matter content including, but not limited to website, landing pages, campaigns, case studies, white papers, blogs, accessibility writing and content editing. You will also own the content marketing and the channel strategy for the company.
You will be a part of the Corporate Marketing Team at ThoughtFocus in Bangalore and will be required to interact with our internal business stakeholders, both in India and other geographies to create customized and relevant content focused on our solutions and services intended for a specific audience.
Key Areas of Focus
Drive and own the content marketing strategy across channels.
high quality original marketing content for landing pages, blogs, ad campaigns, social media, video scripts, brochures, events etc. primarily for US regions.
write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns and other sales collateral.
and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with SMEs to ensure standards.
with and manage expectations of various stakeholders like SMEs, business leaders, technology leaders and engineers/developers. Orchestrate discovery sessions with analysts and SMEs to understand the service offerings, technology domains and industries we service and expectations from business.
persona needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the current content pieces.
and implement process changes to drive improvements and excellence.
detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
You are someone who stands by the ideas that you believe in, is confident to voice your feedback or suggestions for improvement and good at communicating with a diverse crowd. This is non-negotiable
Required skillsets:
experience as a B2B content writer with a good understanding of technology.
years of relevant experience, preferably in IT organizations with US presence.
SEO content writing skills and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
degree in English, communications, marketing linguistics, or related field.
attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
verbal and written communication skills.
