Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients about available health insurance options and benefits.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and claims-related issues.
  • Meet business targets for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on health insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager (Health Insurance) to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, advising on suitable health insurance solutions, ensuring smooth policy issuance, and maintaining long-term customer trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹164, ₹450,475.08 per year
