This position is open to freshers and offers versatile employment types including Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, and Contract. The role is ideal for those with 0 to 1 year of work experience, offering a dynamic entry point into IT sales and business strategy within a supportive company. Qualifications and Skills An understanding of IT sales processes and strategies is required to succeed in this role. Experience in lead generation methods to efficiently identify and target potential clients. Strong skills in product sales to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Ability to conduct and manage client meetings to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Fluent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and negotiate with clients. Telecalling experience is essential for proactive outreach and customer interaction. (Mandatory skill) Field Sales experience to directly engage with customers and promote our products. (Mandatory skill) Experience in web and app sales to cater to digital platform offerings. (Mandatory skill) Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective business strategies to promote company growth and achieve sales targets. Participate in client meetings to identify their needs and tailor product presentations accordingly. Engage in telecalling activities to proactively reach out to prospective clients and generate interest. Execute field sales initiatives to promote company products and services to a broader audience. Drive web and app sales by understanding digital platform requirements and customer preferences. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and maximize impact. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and stay competitive. Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
