Job Overview

An excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to develop their career in the exciting arena of Interior Designing. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be required to create and present interior designing concepts in response to client needs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule Managing all technical aspects of a project, collaborating with the project managers and design team members on design presentations, as well as project concepting, development, and execution.
  • They should be adept at space planning, finish selection, product/furniture specification, and budgeting.
  • Guiding the designers for design direction, technical issues, material application Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
  • Should be creative and innovative in terms of form, functionality, design and colors.
  • Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.
  • Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
  • Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures.
  • Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
  • Provides follow-up support with clients.
  • Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or Hospitality Design.
  • Have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
  • Have excellent Autocad skills, 3DS Max and Sketchup skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter.
  • Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure.
