Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: AAA house , okhla phase 3

Salary: upto 35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial design projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and MS Excel, with a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial planning to final execution.

Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renders using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare BOQs, material lists, and other project-related documentation using MS Excel.

Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.

Stay updated on market trends, materials, and finishes.

Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in interior designing.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max mandatory.

Working knowledge of MS Excel for documentation and tracking.

Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision.

Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of additional design tools like SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

Understanding of budgeting and project costing.

Compensation:

35,000/month (negotiable based on expertise and portfolio)
