Join us as an Account Director and be the driving force behind our flagship accounts.We are seeking an exceptional candidate in the role of Account Director, someone who is ready to elevate their career and to join our dynamic team. As part of our collaborative environment, you will spearhead strategic and creative projects for some of our most prestigious clients.About the Role:As an Account Director based in our Mumbai office, you will report directly to a Business Director, overseeing both social media and fully integrated marketing campaigns based on client needs. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and nurturing junior team members (AMs, AEs).Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients, maintaining strong relationships at the Manager/Senior Manager level.Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business objectives beyond project specifications.Provide regular updates to clients, showcasing adept project management skills and ensuring their needs are met.Responsively address client requests, mobilizing the appropriate team members to deliver results.Coordinate and prepare successful client meetings, ensuring seamless communication.Proactively manage client feedback, devising actionable plans and next steps.Keep internal stakeholders informed on project progress, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.Mentor and oversee the development of junior team members (AMs, AEs).Manage the commercial aspects and financial administration of assigned projects.Person Specification:6 to 8 years of experience in a creative agency, with a strong focus on digital and social media, strategy, film production, content planning, and integrated campaign management.Proven track record of building client relationships and leading the creative development and production of ATL campaigns.Commercially focused with experience in finance management across billing processes.Strategic thinker with confidence in problem-solving and meeting client requirements.What You Will Bring:Focus and drive to achieve set goals, guiding the team effectively.
