Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations, managing administrative functions, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Maintain, organize, and update company records, reports, and files systematically.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, and coordinate events.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Client Support: Assist in handling client queries, correspondence, and relationship management.
  • Human Resources Support: Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, maintain, and analyze data to prepare accurate reports for management.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of compliance and HR practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
