Job Description:Service Now Administrator shall have at least three (3) years of professional or technical experience in IT with a strong background in all aspects of customer service.Required skills:

Account Administration

Provisioning

Roles and responsibilities

Dash boarding and reporting

Creation of dashboards

Maintaining interfaces from other systems to include data in dashboards

Creation of reports

Assisting users in the creation of their own reports

Assist in creating administrative and TSC policies and documentation

Backup person for the TSC project manager
