Job Description: Solution Design Senior Resource in Supply Chain Management

Work Location: Remote / Hybrid ( PAN INDIA)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Resource for Solution Design in Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and development of innovative supply chain solutions that address complex business challenges. This includes process optimization, technology innovation, and the implementation of best practices.
  • Core competencies: Expertise and experience of end-to-end supply chain management including order management & fulfillment, demand and supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and returns management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to understand their needs and requirements. Develop tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from initial response to final selection and handover to delivery. Ensure each response delivered on time.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize available information and process knowledge, market research to analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement. Generate insights and recommendations to innovative solutions.
  • Technology Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in supply chain management. Evaluate and propose relevant technologies to enhance client’s supply chain capabilities and performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and propose key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


Qualifications and Skills


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on solution design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
