Ensure alignment between the engineering team and company goals, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
Optimize cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, ensuring seamless deployment and operations.
Implement ML Ops practices to streamline AI/machine learning workflows and operations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure engineering initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Act as a tech evangelist, promoting the company’s technological advancements and vision internally and externally.
Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into the engineering strategy.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Qualifications & Experience
Education : B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience : 12-14 years of experience in leading engineering teams, preferably within high-growth startups or fast-paced product organizations.
Proven hands-on expertise with full tech stacks, especially the MEAN stack.
Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with ML Ops and the integration of machine learning operations into the engineering framework.
Successful track record in building high-performance engineering teams and delivering large-scale tech platforms.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
