Team Size : 20-30


We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead and oversee the development and implementation of scalable, efficient engineering practices. This role demands a strong background in technical leadership, a deep understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, and experience with DevOps practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient engineering practices across products.
  • Ensure alignment between the engineering team and company goals, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, ensuring seamless deployment and operations.
  • Implement ML Ops practices to streamline AI/machine learning workflows and operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure engineering initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a tech evangelist, promoting the company’s technological advancements and vision internally and externally.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into the engineering strategy.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience : 12-14 years of experience in leading engineering teams, preferably within high-growth startups or fast-paced product organizations.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with full tech stacks, especially the MEAN stack.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with ML Ops and the integration of machine learning operations into the engineering framework.
  • Successful track record in building high-performance engineering teams and delivering large-scale tech platforms.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
