Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Network Remote Support Engineer (L3 Cloud & Security)

Location: Noida
Experience Required: 6+ yrs
Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Network Routing & Switching (Cisco / Arista).
  • Implement and maintain Security & Firewall solutions (Palo Alto, Cisco, Next-Gen Firewalls, Firewall-as-a-Service).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi Access Points & Controllers (Cisco / Arista).
  • Manage VPN technologies (Palo Alto Global Protect, Netskope VPN, etc.).
  • Support and implement Cloud Networking solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP (including NACLs, Security Groups, multi-cloud environments).
  • Work with Network Access Control solutions (Aruba ClearPass / Cisco DNAC).
  • Support MPLS, Internet, WAN Optimization, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Participate in network transformation projects, including automation and introduction of new tool
  • Perform incident & problem management using various Network Monitoring Solutions.
  • Analyze logs, traffic patterns, and security events for root cause identification.
  • Collaborate with clients/customers for network design, architecture, and planning.
  • Provide hands-on multi-cloud networking support (Azure, AWS, GCP) including Cisco/Arista CloudVision and Aviatrix Multi-Cloud Solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco / Arista).
  • Expertise in Security Technologies Palo Alto, Cisco Firewalls, Next-Gen Firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Aviatrix Multi-Cloud Solutions and Arista Wi-Fi.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Netskope.
  • Experience with Network Monitoring tools for performance, incident, and problem management.
  • Knowledge of Skybox and BackBox for L2 and L3 roles.
  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN solutions.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CCNP / CCIE (Cisco), Arista ACE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP Networking).
  • Prior experience in public cloud networking and multi-cloud integrations.
  • Exposure to network automation frameworks and tools.
