About the Role

Were hiring Network Support Engineers, FTTx Field Support Specialists, and Escalation Managers across multiple levels. These roles involve end-to-end support for IP/Ethernet services, fiber troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and managing escalations for large-scale network environments.

You ll work in a fast-paced NOC setup with cutting-edge platforms like Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Accedian, and more, supporting enterprise customers and high-priority incident resolution.

Level 1 Network Support Engineer Yrs)

Designations:

• NOC Support Engineer
• Ethernet/IP Circuit Engineer
• L2 Network Operations Associate

Ideal For:

Professionals with hands-on experience in Ethernet/IP circuit repair, protocol troubleshooting, and customer incident handling.

Level 2 FTTx & Platform Support Specialist Yrs)

Designations:

• FTT Engineer / L2 Transport Engineer
• Multi-Vendor Network Support Specialist
• Circuit Testing & Diagnostics Lead

Ideal For:

Engineers with deep knowledge of DWDM, SONET/SDH, fiber testing, and hands-on platform exposure (Ciena, Juniper, Cisco, ADVA, etc.)

Level 3 Escalation Manager / Incident Lead Yrs)

Designations:

• Escalation Manager / Incident Response Lead
• Senior Network Operations Manager
• NOC Escalation SPOC

Ideal For:

Seasoned professionals managing high-severity incidents, customer escalations, and root cause analysis in ISP/Data Center/NOC environments.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)

Level 1 Network Support Engineer

• Tier 2/3 support for customer network issues
• Troubleshoot BGP, MPLS, VLANs, L2 switching, STP
• Configure and monitor routers/switches (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia)
• Perform SNMP/CLI-based diagnostics
• Monitor alarms and performance metrics in NOC
• Document ticket logs, incident resolutions, and RCA

Level 2 FTTx & Platform Support Specialist

• Perform OTDR and RFC 2544 testing with field engineers
• Troubleshoot DWDM/SDH circuits and transport layers
• Manage multi-vendor environments (Ciena, Infinera, ADVA, etc.)
• Coordinate with provisioning/field teams for service restoration
• Support fiber fault analysis and capacity diagnostics

Level 3 Escalation Manager

• Handle high-priority escalations and outage incidents
• Coordinate across NOC, Field, Customer, and Engineering teams
• Lead incident bridge calls, provide timely customer updates
• Perform RCA and generate post-incident reports
• Track escalation metrics, build escalation SOPs/playbooks
• Ensure SLA compliance and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or IT
• 3 to 12 years experience in Network Operations / NOC / Telecom ISP
• Hands-on with Ethernet/IP circuits and multi-vendor hardware
• Familiarity with FTTx, Transport Networks, and Fiber Testing

• Certifications Preferred:

• Cisco: CCNA / CCNP

• Juniper: JNCIA / JNCIS
• Nokia / Alcatel / ITIL certifications are a plus
