You’re expected to fully take-over the backend operations of this business, and proactively stay on top of everything - from leads, documents, and communication to coordination and follow-ups.Your responsibility is to keep the business running smoothly in the backend without needing any reminders, and to provide regular, clear updates throughout the day to Arvin on what’s happening with deals, listings, documents etc.If you need to be told what to do every day, this is not the job for you . You’ll be fully responsible for keeping track of everything happening in the business and making sure Arvin stays organized and informed about what he needs to handle .The goal is for someone to full control of the backend of the business, so Arvin can focus on showing houses, meeting clients and bringing in more business.Training via documentation or video recordings will be provided. But you will be expected to learn the tools and systems we use independently through online resources.
