- **Coordination & Task Management** - Work closely with agents to ensure smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent **English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Confidence in making **outbound calls** and engaging with clients.
- Ability to **multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines**.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Available for an **early morning shift** to align with New Zealand business hours.
