Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Recruiter (Tech, Engineering, Non-Tech) at Olibr (3 separate positions). The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and technical recruiting across various sectors. The role involves identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.

Budget:

Up to 6-8LPA (based on experience)

This is a 100% onsite role.

QualificationsExperience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewingExcellent recruiting skillsAbility to develop and implement effective recruitment strategiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of employment law and regulationsProven track record of sourcing and attracting top talentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

RequirementsDomestic hiring experience required4+ Years of pure recruitment experience either in Tech, Engineering, or Non-TechTeam Lead experienceExcellent communication and team management skillsHave good client connectionsKnows how to use Naukri and other channels to source candidates
