We are hiring for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager -Executive Search for our organization.
Position Summary
- Key focus area is to ensure the recruitment plans of the clients and internal positions. Responsible for initiating the discussion on needs of clients and continually monitor the implementation of the process.
- Focus on business development opportunities from existing as well as potential clients
- Responsible for team handling and reviewing the work as completed by the Executives and Sr. Executives, Guide and train the executives and sr. executives to enable them to enhance their efficiencies.
- Coordinate with the clients to understand their hiring needs, share inputs to finalize on the actions and share updates with team members on the approach to be followed.
- Coordinate with the branch heads on the hiring plans and share the same with the team members to work on the hiring process.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to gain better understanding of the client needs to draw our bespoke hiring strategy for different clients.
- Manage the team members to deliver all responsibilities in a seamless and timely manner.
Major Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Delivery & Execution
- Groundwork for the Kick off call & participation in the same. Preparation of detailed JD's basis the competencies discussed with client.
- Identify the talent pool based on the Jd's and Kickoff call provided from all sources i.e., Local Job Portals, advertising, Headhunting & Talent mapping.
- Detailed evaluation of the candidate with the questionnaire and documentation of the summary of candidates.
- Taking care of end-to-end recruitment process of all clients assigned.
- Consolidation of all salary data for Offer Negotiation process.
- Timely Closure of positions. (As per Project Execution Schedule)
- Doing proper follow ups with the candidates before joining so that a proper buffer time is kept for replacement if some candidate drops the offer.
- Head Hunting, Industry Mapping as well as the maintenance of Recruitment MIS / database.
- Maintain the assigned Turnaround time (TAT).
- Successful completion of candidate verification process. Monitor the overall processes execution for all the clients with focus on quality of hires and adherence to the timelines.
- Responsible for understanding client's hiring needs and delegating work per requirement.
- Independent execution of the recruitment process for the assigned clients and ensure adherence with the timelines.
- Close coordination with Seniors for to communicate on the progress and updates.
Business Development Focus (Can be an advantage)
Key responsibility is to develop business from new perspective clients such as international companies with subsidiaries in India, MNC's in India, etc. with a focus on achieving the department levels goals. Reaching out to prospective clients through various online channels such as Naukri and try and understand their sourcing strategy.
Utilize database of Indian companies to source potential clients for the business.
Focus on growing business through farming opportunities with the existing clients.
Client Coordination & Relationship Building
- Client engagement via regular update on the progress of the project for domestic clients. (as defined by Manager).
- Timely response of communication both internally & with client on any possible escalations.
- Key focus is on handling expectations of the clients, increase client interaction, understand their overall requirements and focus on providing the agreed services in a timely manner with high-quality standards.
- Continual interaction with the clients to seek data or approvals on the processes and sharing a progress update to keep them posted on the developments or any concerns.
External Agency Coordination
Handle interactions with external recruitment agencies to ensure smooth business functioning by stepping in to resolve any critical issues.
Preparation of industry benchmarking, salary trends, hiring trends database for clients
- Maintain database for each client project as per the approved format.
- Ensure regular updates in the candidate mapping sheet with information on team structure, salary details & target companies.
- Industry benchmarking integration.
- Maintain JD for each function
Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales team to gain better understanding of the client needs to draw our bespoke hiring strategy for different clients.
- Coordinate with the branch heads on the hiring plans and share the same with the team members to work on the hiring process.
- Coordinate with accounts team per requirement.
Team Handling
- As per requirements, reviewing the work done by the Sr. Executives & executives and sharing inputs to avoid any escalations as well as increase their understanding on handling similar issues.
- As required train the Sr. Executives/Executives on the overall recruitment/hiring processes to build their capabilities.
- Conduct daily meetings to take status updates on the work assigned and get involved in case of any issue resolution.
- Create SOPs for the processes to standardize the work thereby enhancing quality, accuracy and efficiency at execution level with consistent delivery standards.
Recruitment Database Review & Management
Review of the recruitment database or tracker as prepared and updated by the Executives & Sr. Executives to track the progress on the positions.
Highlight any delays or issues and ensure resolutions of the same to avoid any escalations.
Essential Competencies
1. Process Supervision & Expectation Management:
Worked closely with the team members, reviewed and monitored their work, understood the expectations/issues faced and was able to provide timely resolutions.
Focus on ensuring that all end-to-end client requirements are met with adherence to the timelines and quality standards.
2. Communication:
Was able to align the business action plans to communicate with the team members and any related stakeholders, managed the expectations and delivered positive outcomes.
3. Team Management:
Demonstrated ability to train and build capabilities of the team members and support them to resolve any issues faced with the client process execution.
Was able to share detailed feedback on the team members performance with the Deputy Manager to keep them posted on their achievements and improvement areas.
Experience
- Minimum 3-10 years of full-time experience preferred.
- Experienced in recruitment with ability to handle end to end recruitment mandates from mid to senior level positions.
- Experience within Recruitment role handling clients, leading the process, etc. preferred.
- Experience of working with international clients handling client management, independent candidate interviews & assessment.
- Experienced in Recruitment for Engineering, Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.
- Added Advantage if has an experience in working on a Recruitment Software.
