Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Lead - React JS based in Noida. The Assistant Team Lead - React JS will support the team in designing and developing interactive web applications using React JS. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing high-quality code, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The role also involves conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance to optimize application performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in React JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
  • Strong knowledge of version control tools such as Git
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience in a similar role within a development team is advantageous

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Overall, 4-6 years of solid, diverse work experience in the software industry
