About the Role

We are hiring Assistant Team Leads (ATL) with a strong background in Health Insurance or General Insurance. The role requires candidates who can manage their own sales closures as well as guide a small team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve collective targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a small sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  2. Handle end-to-end lead closure across multiple insurance categories.
  3. Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members.
  4. Manage customer escalations and ensure smooth sales closure.
  5. Track, monitor, and report daily/weekly sales performance to management.
  6. Identify process improvement opportunities for higher team productivity.

Requirements

  1. Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Finance/Insurance).
  2. 2–5 years of telesales experience in Health Insurance or General Insurance (mandatory).
  3. Prior exposure to team handling or leadership roles is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  5. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
  6. Fluency in English & Hindi (regional languages preferred).
