Company DescriptionA leading ISO manufacturing company is looking for technical sales executiveJOB Description – Release Agent Sales – Pune/MaharashtraJob Title: Technical Sales Executive /– Release Agents & Coatings (Rubber & Plastics Industry)Role SummaryResponsible for generating sales of release agents, mold coatings, and processing aids to the rubber and plastics molding industry (automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, footwear, etc.). The role demands strong technical capability and plant-level presence.Key Responsibilities· Identify, develop, and manage rubber molding customers.· Conduct on-site trials (compression/injection/transfer molding).· Demonstrate improvements in:o Cycle timeo Release easeo Mold fouling reductiono Scrap reduction· Provide technical service, troubleshooting & after-sales support.· Maintain relationships with production heads, QA, and purchase teams.· Submit daily, weekly visit reports, trial reports, and monthly forecasts.· Achieve sales targets (₹2.0 crore to ₹6 crore/year) – graduated target by year. Will Commence 4 – 6 months from the date of joining.· Grow key accounts and add new customers each quarter.Qualifications· 3–8 years experience in rubber chemicals or catering to the rubber products manufacturing industry.· Engineering, Science, or Chemistry background preferred.· Must be able to travel extensively.Salary· Base Salary: ₹5 lakh/year or PLUS – based on direct experience in the rubber industry.· Benefits: travel allowance, incentives, trial support, phone, PF/ESICCOMMISSION / INCENTIVE PLANPerformance Bonus· 100% annual target → 10% of base salary· 120% annual target → 20% of base salary· 150%+ → 30% of base salaryMONTHLY TARGET SHEET (KPIs)Monthly Sales & Activity KPIsKPI IndiaSales Target ₹16–₹50 lakh/monthNew Customer Visits 15–20/monthFollow-up Visits 8–10/monthTrials Conducted 2–4/monthNew Accounts Opened 1–2/monthRepeat Billing Retention 90%+- Conversion Rate 25–40%
