Creates and maintains reports and dashboards required for delivery of our services and measurement of SLA as well as KPI performance. This role will be required to collect requirements, mapping required data and proposing better alternatives for presenting views and insights for the managed services delivery organization. Primary Responsibilities: Collection and documentation of business requirements to build the dashboards and reports in Power BI Collect and aggregate data from various service management tools and analyse service performance metrics, incident trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for service improvement through data analysis of service tickets Provide inputs for the data architecture to new data sources that can add value to the analysis being developed to better support the business and the delivery organization Work closely with service management teams to identify areas for process improvement and enforce process and data compliance Create user guides and training materials to ensure effective use of reports and dashboards Identification of process optimization opportunities, using BI and automation/workflow tools Ensure that reports are accurate, relevant, and aligned with Diversified organizational goals Monitor and maintain reports/dashboards established to ensure data accuracy and optimum performance Perform regular quality checks on data sources and reporting tools to ensure accuracy Address any discrepancies or data integrity issues promptly Qualifications: 3-4 years’ experience querying relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server) 2-3 years’ experience in BI and reporting tools (Power BI/SQL reporting services) Experience in the 365 platforms (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel) Desirable knowledge in data warehouses and data lakes Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.G., ITIL) Clear and effective communication required Location: Bangalore
