Overview: The BusinessDevelopment Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growthand expansion of the organization by identifying potential businessopportunities and building key customer relationships. Thisposition involves creating and implementing strategies to developthe business achieve sales targets and foster longtermpartnerships.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify new business leads and potentialclients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused bothon financial gain and customersatisfaction
  • Build longterm relationships withnew and existing customers
  • Understand the needsof the customers and be able to effectively respond with a plan ofhow to meet these
  • Negotiate and close businessdeals that promote sustained revenuegrowth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop strategies for the expansion ofbusiness
  • Attend industry functions such asassociation events and conferences and provide feedback andinformation on market and creativetrends
  • Utilize networking opportunities tocreate successful partnerships
  • Prepare anddeliver sales pitches to potentialclients
  • Provide regular feedback and contributeto improving the overall sales and marketingstrategy

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven working experience as a BusinessDevelopment Executive Sales Executive or a relevantrole
  • Demonstrable track record of achievingsales targets
  • Strong communication andnegotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software
  • Excellent time management andplanning skills
  • Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
  • Experience in developingand implementing successful salesstrategies
  • Good understanding of marketresearch techniques data analysis and statisticsmethods
  • Willingness to travel and work in aglobal team ofprofessionals
