If you want to make a tangible difference, correct long-standing disparities in care, and build systems with real impact, this might be the right fit.What You’ll DoLead Campaigns & ChannelsOwn mailer and SMS campaigns tailored to patient segments.Develop and scale social media strategies (paid + organic).Oversee educational materials (print, digital, video).Manage branded welcome boxes for new patients.Collaborate & CoordinateWork closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution.Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report).Drive Strategy & PerformancePlan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels.Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions.Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies.What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience6–8+ years in marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print).Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation .Exceptional project management and ability to juggle priorities.Leadership and communication skills; experience with onshore/offshore teams a plus.Data-driven mindset with creativity in execution.Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.Cultural FitMotivated by impact—helping underserved patients get high-quality, compassionate care.Thrives in fast-growing, mission-driven environments.Values collaboration and wants to grow within a talented team.
