Description

QBurst is on an AI-led transformation journey, and we are looking for a Director / Associate Director - Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing practice. In this leadership role, you will manage and grow a multi-disciplinary team delivering end-to-end marketing technology and digital marketing solutions for global clients while also driving QBurst's own marketing initiatives. You will define the practice strategy, oversee large-scale client programs, nurture talent, and ensure QBurst remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Marketing Practice
    : Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for QBurst's digital marketing and MarTech services, including marketing automation, analytics, visualization, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive Client Success
    : Oversee delivery of digital marketing engagements across industries, ensuring measurable business outcomes and long-term client partnerships.
  • Shape Internal Marketing
    : Collaborate with QBurst's leadership and corporate marketing teams to strengthen our brand presence and demand-generation efforts.
  • Scale Capabilities
    : Build and expand the team's competencies in platforms such as HubSpot, SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Google Marketing Platform, and emerging AI/MarTech solutions.
  • Consultative Leadership
    : Engage directly with client CXOs/CMOs to provide strategic guidance on digital marketing transformation and ROI-driven growth strategies.
  • Governance & Excellence
    : Define operating models, delivery frameworks, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across projects.
  • Mentor & Inspire
    : Develop high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles managing large teams and complex engagements.
  • Deep expertise in MarTech platforms (SFMC, HubSpot, Adobe, Dynamics, Google, etc.) and digital services (SEO, PPC, analytics, social, content, performance marketing).
  • Proven track record of scaling digital marketing teams and practices, ideally within IT services, consulting, or digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, omnichannel campaign design, personalization, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in shaping proposals, pre-sales, and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing technologies, marketing data platforms, and advanced analytics will be a strong plus.
