Your Role
As the Program Manager for the Zepto Pass Team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic
planning, execution, and management of our Loyalty Program. You will work with
cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders from various
functions, including Technology and Product, to ensure the successful
implementation and ongoing enhancement of the program. Your strong program
management skills, attention to data, and presentation abilities will be essential in
driving the program's success from design to final launch and beyond.
● Play a key role in the design phase of the Loyalty Program, working closely with
stakeholders to define program objectives, structure, and rewards.
● Manage all aspects of program planning, implementation, and post-launch
analysis.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology,
Product, Growth and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful
program execution.
● Lead the development of the GTM strategy for the Loyalty Program, including
launch planning, marketing campaigns, and member communications.
● Implement robust tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the program's
performance.
● Create detailed program documentation, including project plans, timelines,
and status reports.
● Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other
stakeholders.

Ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions.
