Senior Marketing Manager, Financial Services

Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and senior executives, to understand their needs and develop marketing programs that support their goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer segments, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, digital content, and other promotional materials.
Manage the firm's digital marketing efforts, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences and drive customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing within the financial services sector.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, insurance, or wealth management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset and ability to utilize marketing data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and initiatives to senior executives and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
