Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Skyline Financial Services' products and services. The ideal candidate should possess a strong marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest in financial services. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Devise and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns through digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for marketing materials, social media, website, and other communication platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and customer requirements, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and improve the company's brand image through consistent messaging and top-notch marketing materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, and formulate reports with insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, product development team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and oversee events, webinars, and promotional activities to interact with customers and boost brand awareness.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and guarantee all marketing activities are economical and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services domain.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
