Job Description: Sales Executive (Gold/Diamond Category)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Salary: The salary range for this position is between 2 to 4 lakh per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. (Additional incentives average to 60k per year)
Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive specializing in the Gold/Diamond category at Manubhai Zaveri, your primary objective is to achieve sales targets while ensuring optimal inventory management. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience in alignment with our retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities, Tasks, and Activities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain meticulous control over inventory by conducting daily stock counts and reconciliations.
- Retail Operations: Adhere to retail policies and procedures with precision. Manage store displays and ensure effective management of stock levels.
- Customer Experience: Implement and execute customer experience programs to deliver unparalleled service. Strive to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
- Retail Marketing: Collaborate with the store manager to execute retail marketing plans effectively within the store.
- Market Insights: Gather competitive intelligence and solicit customer feedback on products and services offered.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the designated category. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports, tracking progress against targets.
- Team Dynamics: Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, collaboration, and team-building initiatives.
Reporting to: Store Manager

- Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrate a proactive approach towards achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Gold/Diamond products to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Adaptability: Embrace changes in retail trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
- Professional Development: Take initiative in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in retail sales and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the jewelry industry, is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
