If you get excited about turning intent into revenue and using automation intelligently - you’ll fit right in.What You’ll OwnFull-funnel Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax strategy and executionPerformance optimization rooted in intent segmentation, ad relevance, and landing experienceConversion tracking across GTM, GA4, CRM integrations, and enhanced conversionsAudience strategy development using first-party and platform signalsPerformance analytics, reporting, and storytelling for stakeholdersScaling testing frameworks for bidding, ads, landing pages, and feed enhancementsBudget planning, pacing, forecasting, and efficiency improvementsCollaboration with content, creative, CRO, and client teams to unlock growthWhat You Already Know (and can prove)3+ years of Google Ads working experience at +90% proficiency: search structure, bid strategies, feed optimization, scripts/rules3+ years of Meta Ads working experience - retargeting, demand generation and efficiency playsB2B / eCommerce global clients & market exposureHow to get meaningful data from Looker Studio or similarExcel/Sheets excellence: pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleaningPractical CRO thinking: you push for better landing page performance, not just clicksIncrementality and attribution nuances - you understand what actually drives new demandGreat-To-Have ExtrasSA360, Optmyzr, DataSlayer or Supermetrics experienceSQL basics for deeper analysisExperience managing mid size budgets ($50k+/month across channels)Understanding of GenAI-powered campaign optimization toolsHow You ThinkYou ask why before howYou take responsibility for revenue outcomes, not just campaign hygieneYou enjoy experimenting and backing your decisions with data and logicYou communicate clearly - no jargon masks, just straight reasoningYou challenge platforms when automation isn’t aligned with business goalsApply IfYou’re the person who says:I own performance.
